As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us. You need to be friendly, observant, and able to provide the right support.

Being a member of the cabin crew is more than a service role — safety is our highest priority. You’ll need to lead confidently and manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. This is supported by the world-class training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.

Qualifications & Experience

We look for the following in our cabin crew :

• More than a year’s experience in hospitality or customer service
• A positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent service in a multicultural team environment
• Minimum qualification : high school graduate (Grade 12)
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Height of at least 160cm and the ability to reach 212cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment
• No visible tattoos while in uniform (or covered with bandages or cosmetics)
• Based in Dubai and meeting UAE employment visa requirements

You should also be determined to perform at high standards, solution-oriented, able to handle a demanding schedule, and deliver authentic customer experiences. Cultural awareness and embodying the Emirates personality — professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan — are essential.

Salary & Benefits

Your pay includes :

• Fixed basic salary
• Hourly pay for flights operated
• Overseas meal allowance

Basic salary : AED 4,430 / month

Flying pay : AED 63.75 / hour (avg. 80-100 hours / month)

Estimated total monthly pay : AED 10,170 (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, GBP 2,280)

• These figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for night stops are credited in the following month. Hotel and airport transport are provided by the company.
