Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a top 15 global pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
  2. Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
  3. Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery units to identify project requirements and ensure objectives are met.
  4. Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
  5. Support day-to-day operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
  6. Assist in onboarding and training for Production Partners.
Experience:
  • Project Management and Business Analyst roles in the IT sector.
  • Service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Service operation tools, specifically JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience in SCRUM environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
