A pioneering provider of EV charging solutions is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for DC fast charging infrastructure. The role involves customer support, training, and collaboration with R&D teams. Ideal candidates should have a technical qualification in Electrical or Electronics, be proficient in Spanish and English, and possess a Class B EU driving license. This is a remote position with occasional visits to Madrid and offers competitive salary and employee benefits.

• Experience in embedded systems or programming languages is a plus.

Technical Support Engineer for EV Charging Infrastructure (Remote Work in major cities in northern Spain)

Your responsibilities:

- Assist in providing technical support and guidance for customers and third-party service providers to address technical issues related to DC fast charging and energy storage.
- Assist in planning and implementing training for customers and third-party service providers.
- Work with R&D;, quality, and other departments from HQ to develop after-sales solutions, or to investigate related on-site issues.
- Troubleshoot after-sales issues and provide solutions for customers.
- Provide technical support for bidding and projects.
- Participate to the Madrid Lab Maintenance and activity
- Regular visits (ca. 20%) to the Madrid Lab.

Requirements:

- Completed technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics or Energy field.
- Class B EU driving license.
- Spanish speaker, Proficient in English

Preferred qualifications:

- Prior professional experience
- Passionate about electric vehicles,



sustainable development, energy transition, or electrification.
- Additional points for experience in embedded systems or programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player, customer-oriented with the ability to provide solutions or proposals.
- Willingness to travel.
