The role requires writing UX copy, collaborating with marketing, and developing a tone of voice in content. We are seeking a Senior UX Writer / Content Designer for one of our investment products, a B2C AI platform revolutionizing AI role-playing apps in the USA market.

Main responsibilities include:

• Writing and editing UX copy for new features, including product names, calls to action, headlines, navigation, and error messages;
• Collaborating with marketing and retention teams to optimize UX solutions;
• Developing and refining tone of voice in content;
• Creating content for mobile apps and web platforms;
• Handling push notification content;
• Developing communication guidelines (red policy);
• Conducting research and suggesting improvements;
• Performing A/B testing on text hypotheses;
• Creating negative scenarios in raw video format;
• Establishing communication channels with customers;
• Working with design teams to address negative customer experiences;
• Partnering with ML teams to train bots.

Additional expectations:

• English proficiency level C1+ (bilingual in American English is a plus);
• Over 3 years of UX copywriting experience in user-centered design;
• Experience in UX design, marketing, or retention industries;
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools;
• Ability to use Figma for writing and editing;
• Understanding UX research principles;
• Strong communication skills at a senior level;
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
