Job summary

Holtara, part of Apex Group, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape Holtara.io experiences and related digital touchpoints in Spain. You will research, design and improve core journeys with product, data and sustainability experts, turning complex requirements into intuitive and visually clear interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with Product managers and developers, contribute to the design system, and help translate insights into concrete design decisions that impact client-facing outputs

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in UX, UI or product design.
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing.
• Experience designing complex B2B software, data products or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, intuitive, accessible experiences for Holtara.io.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and developers throughout discovery, design, delivery and iteration.
• Evolve the Holtara.io design system for consistency, scalability and quality.
• Use analytics and user feedback to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
