Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape Holtara.io and related digital experiences from concept through delivery. You will work with product managers, developers and sustainability experts to translate complex data into intuitive journeys and visual stories.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in UX/UI design, strong research skills, and experience crafting complex B2B software and design systems. Proficiency with modern tools like Figma and a collaborative, evidence-based approach is

Qualifications

Proven UX, UI or product design experience with a strong portfolio.
Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing.
Ability to turn qualitative and quantitative data into clear design decisions.
Experience designing complex B2B software, data products or configurable workflows.
Strong interaction design, IA and visual design skills.

Responsibilities

Design clear, intuitive experiences for Holtara.io, from concept to implementation.
Translate complex sustainability, regulatory and data requirements into simple user journeys.
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with Product Managers and developers throughout discovery, design, delivery and iteration.
Evolve the Holtara.io design system for consistency, scalability and quality.
Review implemented designs with developers to ensure fidelity to the intended design.
Plan and conduct interviews, usability testing and workshops with clients and teams.
Communicate findings to Product, Engineering, Advisory and Data stakeholders.
Contribute to branding and visual communication across digital touchpoints.
