We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our Technology Team. If you are eager to participate in one of our major international projects, we encourage you to apply!

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in user experience, media design, human-computer interaction, interface, or interaction design
• Expertise in digital content, including online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, and WCAG standards
• Strong understanding of user-centric design, target audiences, user scenarios, and dialogues
• High analytical skills to model user and information flows, enhancing digital sales experiences
• Proficiency in prototyping tools; knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and CMS templates is a plus
• Experience in digital sales, marketing, IT, or relevant aviation fields is advantageous
• Ability to align user-centered thinking within an agile environment
• Flexibility to work on various digital B2C initiatives both collaboratively and independently
• Resilience, constructive attitude, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
