El rol implica diseñar y desarrollar páginas, optimizar el sitio para conversiones y colaborar con el equipo de marketing. Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en UX/UI, WordPress, y habilidades en análisis de datos para mejorar nuestro sitio web y su rendimiento.

Formación

• Experiencia en diseño web con enfoque UX/UI.
• Conocimiento avanzado en WordPress y habilidades en CSS, HTML, y PHP.
• Capacidad para implementar y analizar pruebas A/B.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar nuevas páginas y secciones en WordPress.
• Optimizar y mantener el sitio web con enfoque en la conversión.
• Colaborar con otros equipos para alinear objetivos comerciales con experiencias digitales.

Conocimientos

Experiencia en diseño web

Conocimiento de A/B testing

At Aticco, we're looking for a creative and technical team to join our web team. A curious and strategic mind who can imagine, design, and build digital experiences focused on conversion and usability.

You'll be part of the Marketing team and work closely with our web team. You'll be responsible for leading our web experiments: from ideation and design to implementation and analysis. We want you to help us make our website not only look amazing, but also perform better every day and increase our CVR.

️ You’ll thrive at Aticco if…

• Design and develop new pages and sections in WordPress.
• Propose, implement, and analyze A/B tests, from hypothesis to implementation of the winning design.
• Apply conversion-oriented UX/UI best practices.
• Optimize and maintain the website with a focus on conversion.
• Collaborate with other teams (brand, content, sales) to align business objectives with digital experiences.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Experience in web design with a UX/UI focus.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS, HTML, and PHP.
• Experience working with WordPress (custom themes, ACF, etc.).
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools such as VWO or similar.
• Ability to analyze user behavior data (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
• Proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English to communicate with our full-stack developer.
• It would be a plus if...
• You have some knowledge of JavaScript (React).
• You have worked in startup environments or growth-focused companies.
• You like to experiment, learn quickly, and share what you know.
