About the role :

As a UX / UI Designer , your mission will be to craft digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and truly user-centered. You’ll be involved end-to-end (from user research to final design delivery) under a Mobile First approach rooted in usability, accessibility, and business impact.

This role is about designing with purpose, solving real problems, and constantly raising the bar for what a great user experience looks like.

What will your key responsibilities be?

• Design digital experiences (web, apps, interactive displays) that are intuitive, functional, and visually compelling—from early research to final interface delivery—using a Mobile First approach and meeting WCAG accessibility standards.
• Apply collaborative Design Thinking processes to uncover user needs, ideate creative solutions, and validate ideas through iterative cycles of testing and refinement.
• Build, document, and maintain Design System components, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRO, Development, and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life and create high-impact solutions that enhance both user experience and business performance.
• Offer a sharp, critical eye to continuously improve user journeys, design processes, and tools.
• Execute a wide range of UX processes : user research (ethnographic, heatmaps, qualitative analytics), competitor benchmarking, wireframing, interactive prototyping, mockups, and usability testing.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure precise implementation and contribute to the continuous improvement of usability and digital efficiency.
• Champion a user-centric mindset in every project you touch, helping the team turn complexity into clarity.

What are we looking for?

• A background in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Audiovisual Communication, or similar, with complementary training in UX / UI.
• 2–5 years of experience in UX / UI design in digital environments (mobile, web, apps), ideally within agile frameworks (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and Design Thinking cultures.
• Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Advanced proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
• Skilled in user research : interviews, surveys, testing, and feedback loops.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining Design Systems.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG standards).
• Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• A forward-thinking, curious mindset, eager to explore the potential of AI-based design tools and automated layout solutions.
