Signify in Madrid (Spain) is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create user-centered digital experiences that align with brand identity and business goals. You will design intuitive interfaces, scalable systems, and engaging visuals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in UX/UI design, proficiency with Figma, and strong user research, wireframing, and prototyping skills. English communication is essential; Spanish is a plus.

More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a UX/UI Designer in our office in Madrid (Spain) with Signify. This role creates user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and brand identity. Combines creativity and technical skills to design intuitive interfaces, scalable systems, and engaging visuals. And also collaborates across teams to deliver consistent, impactful digital solutions.

We are looking for two UX/UI Designers to support the team with the following activities:

• Responsible for delivering best-in-class Digital Design aligned with business strategy and digital experience goals.
• Increase domain knowledge and create meaningful, innovative digital solutions.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Apply analytical, conceptual, and specification skills.
• Analyse digital context and user needs (e.g., platform, device, user behaviour, market trends, emerging technologies).
• Define and articulate relevant insights.
• Create engaging and relevant digital scenarios, themes, and concepts based on contextual understanding.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specifications to communicate concepts effectively.
• Deliver digital design expertise and continuously improve across UI, UX, visuals, motion, systems, prototyping, and accessibility.
• Represent Design and build relationships with cross-functional teams and key decision-makers and engage with external stakeholders.
• Communicate digital ideas clearly and persuasively at individual and group levels.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and idea generation.
• Ensure consistency and quality of user experience across multiple platforms and devices.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices in design.
• Depending on the role, may cover all areas listed above or specialize in areas such as User Interface (UI) design, User Experience (UX), visual design (VD), or brand expression.

More About You

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Design, UX/UI Design, or a related creative/technical field focusing on user experience design principles.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role as a UX/UI Designer is required.
• Experience with Figma (or similar design tool), user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in design environments is also necessary for this role.
• Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
• Good stakeholder management skills, diplomacy, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures are attributes that define yourself.
