The primary mission of this role is to provide UX support for CRM-related initiatives, collaborating with technology teams, integration partners, and business units to ensure alignment with best practices and user needs.

Main responsabilities

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, user personas, scenarios, site maps, flows, and customer journeys.
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes (low, medium, and high fidelity) to test and refine design concepts.
• Define and implement navigation patterns aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) best practices.
• Carry out user testing and usability assessments to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Analyze usage metrics and user feedback data to support continuous design improvements.
• Present design recommendations and key findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality user experience based on Salesforce design standards.

Mandatory Skills

• At least 2+ years hands-on experience in UX design within Salesforce platforms.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Salesforce certification in User Experience (UX) and / or Strategy Designer (preferred).
