We're Hiring : Trilingual UX Researcher () – International Market

Are you passionate about understanding users and turning insights into meaningful experiences? Do you speak German, English, and Spanish at a high level (C1 or above)? Then we’d love to meet you!

At (Company Name), we’re expanding into new markets and looking for a UX Researcher with a global mindset and a strategic approach. You'll play a key role in our Product team, bringing user-centered thinking to solutions that impact millions of people across diverse countries.

What you’ll do

Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across different markets.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations for design, product, and development teams.

Collaborate with international stakeholders to define user-centered strategies.

Help adapt digital products to different cultural and linguistic contexts.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a UX Researcher (ideally in international digital environments).

Proficiency in German, English, and Spanish (C1 level or above is a must).

Ability to plan, moderate, and analyze interviews, usability tests, surveys, and more.

Analytical mindset and cultural sensitivity.

Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural teams.
