YOUR RESPONSIBILITY :
  • Convert leads into sales by building trusting relationships with customers.
  • Manage multichannel interactions to meet productivity goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Be the first ambassador of Costa, promoting our brand and creating memorable holiday experiences for our guests.

To join our team :
  • Fluent in French with excellent grammar and spelling skills in both spoken and written communication.

  • Solid sales background and customer-facing experience in B2B or B2C preferred.
  • Experience in multi-channel customer support, strong communication skills, and goal-oriented attitude encouraged.
  • Motivated self-starters ready to contribute to a dynamic environment.
  • Available to work full-time (39 hours per week).
