Qualifications

• Knowledge of change management frameworks and methods.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
• Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Apply formal change architectures, models, and framework.
• Measure short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change.
• Design effective change plans to drive successful adoption.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change models.
• Identify and align relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a communications strategy.
• Develop and execute strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change.
• Assess organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps.
• Manage OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program.
• Execute communications and training strategy.
• Measure adoption success of new technologies implemented.
