We are seeking a UX Designer to join our Onsite Buying Experience team, which is redesigning the entire buying journey—from homepage to checkout, the post-purchase experience, and the controls that allow Business Customers to tailor their experience. You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders across the globe, working to unify their efforts into a seamless, end-to-end experience for business customers. Our UX teams are based in Seattle, Austin, and Madrid.

Key job responsibilities

1. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, customer voices, user journeys, feedback, and usability findings.
2. Iteratively develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications.
3. Collaborate with researchers and content designers to refine designs and define the final experience.
4. Work with Product, Engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to develop well-crafted requirements.
5. Follow branding guidelines and ensure design consistency across all products.
6. Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into your designs.
7. Maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.
8. Participate in defining experiments, analyzing metrics, and informing UX optimization and decision-making.
9. Be resourceful and creative, turning challenges into opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
