Capitole is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join an international team for a large-scale digital transformation project. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product design, a strong understanding of responsive design, and proficiency in tools like Figma and Miro. • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in SaaS Products.

Opportunity at Capitole – Senior UX Designer

Position Description

At Capitole, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join an international team on a large-scale digital transformation project.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in product design and a proven track record working with global, well-known clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design innovative, intuitive, and visually compelling solutions for complex web applications

Collaborate with international stakeholders from product, engineering, and design

Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Conduct and apply user research insights to guide design decisions

Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems

Mentor and support other designers in the team

Must Have

Solid understanding of responsive design and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS

5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in SaaS Products (Payroll, ERP...)

Previous experience working with global, enterprise-level clients (mandatory)

Proficiency in tools like Figma and Miro

Professional proficiency in English
