Job summary

The role involves leading multi-team projects, designing end-to-end journeys, and guiding service design best practices within a travel context.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in service design, UX design, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience managing projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of journey mapping, human-centered design, and design thinking principles.
• Skilled in using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to different audiences and leading workshops.
• Experience in travel, transportation, or related industries is an advantage.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead projects from discovery to implementation that enhance customer and staff experiences.
• Design and improve journeys for passengers and staff across both physical and digital touchpoints.
