Auxadi is seeking a UX & Creative Development Programmer to craft digital experiences, product demos, marketing collateral, and tech-enabled customer engagement solutions that support growth objectives.

This role blends programming, UX design, and creative production to showcase proprietary technology and create compelling marketing materials.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in UX, development or related fields.
• Combination of technical, design, and creative capabilities with AI knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of product demonstrations that communicate the firm's value proposition.
• Partner with the Director of Strategic Growth Marketing to support client acquisition campaigns through product storytelling.
• Support Product Marketing with demonstrations for existing client expansion opportunities.
• Improve demonstration experiences based on feedback from clients, sales teams, and product specialists.
• Design, develop, and maintain microsites, landing pages, and digital campaign experiences under Web & Digital Manager oversight.
• Support marketing technology initiatives through backend development and platform integrations.
• Develop digital assets for acquisition campaigns, product launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure digital experiences are optimized for usability, engagement, and conversion under the Web & Digital Manager.
• Collaborate with the Web & Digital Marketing Manager to improve digital performance and customer journeys.
• Lead UX design initiatives across marketing and digital touchpoints.
• Support website enhancement projects through user-centered design principles.
• Recommend improvements to increase engagement, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Add UX experience to the Firm’s proprietary technology platform.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of chatbot experiences.
• Improve chatbot functionality, workflows, and customer journeys.
• Work with marketing to align chatbot content with campaign objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor chatbot performance and suggest improvements based on user behavior.
• Create professional video content for product launches, campaigns, and communications.
• Produce walkthroughs, tutorials, webinars, and promotional content.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives.
• Design high-quality sales and marketing materials for digital and physical use.
• Create presentations, infographics, brochures, and client-facing collateral.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity with Head of Events & Brand.
• Provide creative support to Strategic Growth, Product Marketing, and Web & Digital teams.
• Monitor emerging design, UX, AI, and marketing technology trends.
• Identify tools and technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and engagement.
• Support experimentation and innovation across digital channels and experiences.
• Act as a resource for creative problem-solving and digital innovation initiatives.

The UX & Creative Development Programmer will be responsible for developing digital experiences, creating product demonstrations, marketing collateral, and technology-enabled customer engagement solutions that support the company's growth objectives.

This role combines programming capability, UX designexpertise, and creative production skills. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing customerexperience,showcasingthe firm'sproprietarytechnology solutions, and developing visually compelling marketing materials.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations & Sales Enablement

• Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of product demonstrations that effectively communicate the firm's value proposition

• Partner with the Director of Strategic Growth Marketing to support new client acquisition campaigns through compelling product storytelling

• Support Product Marketing initiatives by developing demonstrations tailored to existing client expansion opportunities

• Continuously improve demonstration experiences based on feedback from clients, sales teams, and product specialists

Microsite& MarketingTechnologyDevelopment

• With oversight from the Web &DigitalManager, design, develop, andmaintainmicrosites, landing pages, and digital campaign experiences

• Support marketing technology initiatives through backend development and platform integrations

• Develop digital assets that support acquisition campaigns, product launches, events, and strategic initiatives

• Ensure digital experiences areoptimizedfor usability, engagement, and conversionunder the direction of the Web & Digital Manager

• Collaborate with the Web & Digital Marketing Manager to improve digital performance and customer journeys

UX &CustomerExperienceDesign

• Lead UX design initiatives across marketing and digital touchpoints

• Support website enhancement projects through user-centered design principles

• Recommend improvements that increase engagement, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction

• Add UX experience to the Firm’s proprietary technology platform

Chatbot& DigitalEngagementSolutions

• Leadthe design, implementation, and optimization of chatbot experiences

• Improve chatbot functionality, workflows, and customer journeys

• Work closely with marketing to ensure chatbot content aligns with campaignobjectivesand customer needs

• Monitor chatbot performance and recommend improvements based on user behavior and engagement metrics

Video & MultimediaProduction

• Create professional video content supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, customer communications, recruitment initiatives, and sales activities

• Produce product walkthroughs, demonstration videos, tutorials, webinars, and promotional content

• Manage projects from concept development through editing and final delivery

• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives

CreativeDesign& MarketingCollateral

• Design high-quality sales and marketing materials for both digital and physical use

• Create presentations, PowerPoint decks, infographics, brochures, event invitations, marketing assets, and client-facing collateral

• Along with Head of Events&Brand, ensure consistency of visual identity, messaging, and branding across all materials

• Provide creative support to Strategic Growth, Product Marketing, and Web & Digital teams

Innovation&ContinuousImprovement

• Monitor emerging design, UX, AI, and marketing technology trends

• Identifynew tools and technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement

• Support experimentation and innovation across digital channels and customer experiences
