Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join a global team in an agile environment. You will design scalable digital experiences for ecommerce contexts, drive measurable business impact, and collaborate across cross-functional teams in international settings.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of related experience, expert Figma skills, and strong English communication. You will contribute to the Design System and partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for end-to-end product design.
• Strong UX and UI design expertise across web and mobile experiences.
• Solid knowledge of design systems, interaction design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, CRO methodologies, and A/B testing tools.
• Proven experience designing and shipping scalable digital products within ecommerce, retail, marketplace, or digital-first environments.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize user journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
• Contribute to the evolution and scalability of the company's Design System.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Implement data-driven design decisions based on user insights, analytics, and business objectives.
• Stay current with trends in UX, Product Design, and ecommerce.

Fluency in English is required for this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for end-to-end product design.
• Strong UX and UI design expertise across web and mobile experiences.
• Solid knowledge of Design Systems, interaction design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, CRO methodologies, and A/B testing tools.
