What we are looking for is...A UX Content Designer with at least 3 years of experience writing for B2C technology products. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, intuitive, and on-brand copy that enhances the user experience across various touchpoints.

For that, we will need you to...

  • Be a native English speaker, as our global copy is written in US English and translated into multiple languages.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Write content for websites, apps, landing pages, social media, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Create microcopy, interaction texts, call-to-actions, error messages, and onboarding flows to create a smooth, engaging, and intuitive user experience.
  • Develop guidelines, content strategies, and storytelling standards to enhance brand communication.
  • Help define the on-site communication strategy, including flows, sitemaps, and content management.
  • Create and optimize product copy that is informative, engaging, and aligned with SEO principles.
  • Analyze content performance and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

And it would be great if you also...

  • Have experience working with development teams on complex projects.
  • Have knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Have experience working in multinational environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Be comfortable working with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
