1. Managing daily bank positions: uploading bank statements, posting, and hedging daily balances.
2. Releasing international and domestic payments/collections.
3. Tracking and reconciling intercompany cash pooling and financing lines.
4. Controlling and reporting bank fees.
5. Forecasting weekly bank positions and monthly foreign currency exposures.
6. Handling bank relationships: operational queries, KYC processes, and correspondence triage.
7. Performing administrative tasks such as documentation for auditors.
8. Maintaining master data for banks.
9. Participating in ad-hoc efficiency projects related to workflows and digital initiatives.

Requirements:

• Academic background: degree in finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Soft skills: analytical thinking, communication, critical thinking, positive attitude, teamwork, and work ethic.
• Languages: high proficiency in English and French.
• Proficiency in SAP (FI, TRM, SwiftNet).
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
