Job Description

As a User Research Ops Specialist, you'll partner with the Research team, Product Design, and Product Management to ensure the efficient execution of research projects. You'll focus on optimizing participant recruitment, managing research operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives.

Your responsibilities

1. Partner with researchers to understand their study objectives, determine participant criteria, and select sourcing methods, managing logistics for participant recruitment.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies ensuring coordination across internal stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Finance teams to refine research tools and processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
4. Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of research tools and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Update the knowledge base enhancing discoverability of insights and structuring research repository strategies.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in research operations, project management, or related roles in Product or Customer Success teams.
2. Proven ability to establish and lead effective participant recruitment processes ensuring a positive participant experience.
3. Experience collaborating with Legal, Security, and Finance teams for tool procurement and privacy compliance.
4. Familiarity with common UX Research tools and vendor management.
5. Experience growing a knowledge management database.
6. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Experience conducting basic data analysis and customer segmentation to support researchers.
8. Proficiency in English plus one or more of our languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Italian, or German.

A salary adequate to your experience and skills between 30 - 37 euro annually.
