Una reconocida empresa busca un Investigador de Experiencia de Usuario para un rol remoto a tiempo completo. El candidato ideal contribuirá realizando investigaciones y análisis que mejoren la experiencia del usuario, trabajando en colaboración con equipos de diseño y desarrollo. Se requiere un enfoque independiente y habilidades sólidas en HCI y UX Research.

Formación

• Habilidades en HCI y UX Research son esenciales.
• Experiencia en investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa es un plus.
• Debe tener buenas habilidades analíticas y de presentación.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar investigación de usuarios y aplicar metodologías de diseño.
• Colaborar con diseñadores y desarrolladores para mejorar la experiencia del usuario.
• Sintetizar hallazgos de investigación en recomendaciones prácticas.

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Researcher. The User Experience Researcher will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies to gather insights, and investigating user behaviors and needs through various research methods. Daily tasks include designing, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user-centered research and testing, collaborating with designers and developers to improve the user experience, and synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Research
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and UX Research
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience in the technology or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field
