We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Expert to support the development of information systems driving digital transformation. This role involves enhancing user experiences across various digital platforms and ensuring alignment with organizational goals through innovative design and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities :
Facilitate participatory design, design sprints, and conversational design processes.
Conduct UX research, including field studies, usability studies, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.
Develop user requirements, task flows, and prototypes to enhance user engagement.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize research findings, and align them with strategic objectives.
Prepare and present detailed reports based on UX insights and web analytics.
Write UX content, including microcopy and interface text, to improve communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions.
Mentor and coach team members, transferring UX knowledge across the organization.
Advocate for the organization’s strategic vision and goals from an end-user perspective.
Minimum Qualifications :
Proven experience as a UX consultant, UX researcher, digital communicator, or equivalent role.
Comprehensive portfolio showcasing UX projects across various industries.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Strong knowledge of web technologies and standards, including XML, SEO, and web analytics.
Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
A conversational / advanced level of English is required.
Contract Duration : A long-term engagement of approximately 7 months, providing stability and an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise.
