We are looking for a skilled and user-centric UX Designer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team and collaborate on a remote project for one of our clients.
We believe that enthusiasm drives change, and we aim to contribute to a better future through technology. We value people over heroes or super talents.
What are we looking for?
We need a UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, compliant, and engaging web applications that manage connected access control systems.
You will help shape a responsive, cloud-hosted IoT platform that allows users to monitor and control automatic doors and access points remotely, ensuring compliance with IEC60839 and related security standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research and journey mapping to understand workflows related to access control and building security management.
- Design scalable web interfaces that work effectively across devices (desktop, tablet) using responsive design principles.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web applications using Figma.
- Apply and extend existing design systems and UI libraries, ensuring consistency with brand identity and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and security teams to define interfaces that reflect system health, real-time alerts, and user control of physical endpoints.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure user flows meet IEC60839 functional expectations, including logging, door control, and auditability of access events.
- Design experiences that reflect the real-time nature of a cloud IoT environment, handling edge cases and connection issues.
- Document UX decisions clearly for cross-team collaboration and participate in agile processes.
Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- 5+ years designing web applications, preferably for B2B SaaS or IoT platforms.
- Solid experience with Figma.
- Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven UI, and real-time UX feedback.
- Knowledge of user authentication, role-based access control, and user activity auditing from a UX perspective.
- Experience designing for cloud applications focusing on latency, security, and observability.
Applications from people with disability certificates are welcome.
What do we offer?
- Permanent contract for a stable, long-term project.
- Salary based on experience.
- Vacation days based on seniority, with 1 additional day per year of service (up to 3 extra days).
- Monthly team feedback sessions.
- Flexible working hours.
- Access to our gamification platform, Profile Play.
- Flexible compensation options (meal vouchers, transport, childcare, etc.).
- Perks & gifts: Christmas hampers, birthday gift cards, raffles.
- Team-building events, including summer parties and Christmas dinners.
- Participation in tech communities.
- Tailor-made training plans for your growth.
