Formación

Admiral Media is a fast-growing & award-winning performance marketing agency, specialized in performance marketing. We are looking for an experienced app marketer to run & scale our clients' international marketing campaigns. This role is fully remote, and we hire globally.

What you will be doing
  1. Ideate, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns on various display marketing channels (TikTok, Snap, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
  2. Manage international app marketing campaigns
  3. Achieve the business goals of our clients (usually CPA & ROAS)
  4. Present your results clearly and use advanced calculations in Excel if needed
  5. Identify correlations between data and draw conclusions to optimize user acquisition for our clients' apps
  6. Work with CSV files & large Excel reports
  7. Brief the creative team precisely on banners or videos needed for each channel & campaign
  8. Leverage automation features on all digital marketing channels
  9. Scale our clients' success, as our growth depends on theirs
  10. Test and report on new ad products (alpha & beta tests) to stay at the forefront of digital advertising
What you bring
  1. Minimum 2 years of app marketing experience
  2. Deep understanding of MMPs & SKAdNetwork
  3. At least 2 years of experience with digital marketing campaigns & performance tracking
  4. Experience in finance or other data-driven roles, with familiarity with online platforms
  5. Enjoy working with numbers and understand key metrics like CPM, CPA, ROAS
  6. Ability to create dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, or similar tools with GBQ
  7. Daily user of apps like Facebook, Instagram, Snap, TikTok, etc., with an understanding of advertising mechanisms
  8. Fluent in English; German is a plus
  9. Excellent PowerPoint skills
  10. Highly accurate, structured, and detail-oriented work
  11. Extremely analytical with high attention to detail
  12. Motivated to learn and develop new skills
