We are now looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven
User Acquisition Lead (EMEA)
to drive strategic growth and manage our UA efforts across key regional markets. As the User Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for owning and executing multi-channel UA strategies for mobile, console and PC game campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, publisher growth, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead user acquisition strategies across EMEA for mobile, PC, and console game titlesPlan, launch, and optimize programmatic and direct UA campaigns at adWMG DSPIdentify growth opportunities and execute A / B tests to improve CPI, ROAS, and retentionCollaborate closely with global sales and publisher teams to ensure alignment between monetization and UA pipelinesAnalyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and report KPIs to internal stakeholders and clientsBuild and maintain relationships with key ad partners and platformsRepresent adWMG at regional and global gaming / UA events
Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in sales, performance marketing or user acquisition in the gaming ecosystemProven success in running data-driven UA campaigns with measurable results (CPI, ROAS, LTV)Experience working across multiple platforms :
iOS, Android, PC, Console (Xbox, PlayStation)Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environmentBased in the EMEA region.What we offer :
