WildCard Games seeks a UA Lead to drive paid media strategies across their mobile games. This role involves managing campaign optimization, budget allocation, and collaborating with creative teams. The ideal candidate has over 4 years experience in performance marketing, specifically within ad-monetized gaming, and will play a crucial role in shaping the growth of a profitable mobile games studio.
WildCard is scaling casual, ad-monetized, retentive mobile games with performance-focused, creative-driven UA. We have a unique approach and structure that makes us hyper-effective.
We’re looking for an Architect, not just a media buyer or analyst. Someone who knows how to build processes, pace budgets, work hand in hand with data teams, scale spend, and grow revenue 100% YoY.
As UA Lead, you’ll own paid media strategy across games, shaping launch and scale cycles alongside Creative and Product leadership. This role demands a deep understanding of mobile gaming dynamics, performance marketing rigor, and data-driven decision making.
