Halter is seeking a driven sales and customer success professional to launch and grow our presence in Uruguay. You will build foundational customer relationships, expand opportunities, and guide customers from onboarding through deployment of Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

In this founding role, you’ll travel within your territory, engage with regional agricultural groups, and collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D to deliver real value to beef producers.

Formación

• Value-based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Knowledge of beef operations and willingness to learn deeply about farm operations.
• Attitude geared toward taking initiative, energy, and accountability in every interaction.
• Ability to manage a large territory with balanced focus on sales and customer success.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and expand by sourcing leads and opportunities; manage full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Meet high-growth sales targets by screening, qualifying, presenting, and negotiating contracts.
• Maintain post-sales relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
• Own territory with regional agricultural groups to deepen beef-industry relationships.
• Assist in end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment of Halter’s solution.
• Gather customer feedback with Support, Product, and R&D to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues quickly and ensure customer success.
