Elix Sourcing Solutions busca un Sales Manager para España, con trabajo remoto y función de campo, para impulsar el crecimiento regional en nutrición animal y gestionar cuentas clave. Se requiere experiencia en el sector porcino y capacidad para liderar iniciativas comerciales a nivel nacional.

La posición ofrece autonomía, ownership regional y un paquete competitivo con bonos y beneficios. El rol reporta a la dirección y colabora estrechamente con equipos de ventas y marketing.

Formación

• Título en Ciencias Animales o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia en ventas dentro de nutrición animal o industria de piensos.
• Fuerte comprensión de la nutrición porcina.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias regionales de ventas y crecimiento.
• Identificar y asegurar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Apoyar la expansión de negocio y crecimiento de la marca.
• Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes.

Salary: Up to €115,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Do you have strong knowledge of the swine sector and a track record of driving growth? Looking for a role where you can take ownership of a market and shape strategy?

We’re working with a well-established, innovative business within the animal nutrition sector, looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive growth across Spain within the integrated market segment.

This is a key strategic hire, offering autonomy, market ownership, and the opportunity to significantly impact regional performance.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening key customer relationships across Spain.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding market presence while working closely with internal teams to deliver commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

About You
