The Quality Department ensures product excellence and compliance across production stages. As part of the Supply team, you'll work with passionate experts to improve quality, innovate, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

How Can You Help Us?

The Quality Assurance RM & PACK Manager oversees quality processes for raw materials and packaging within the Supply Chain. This role requires expertise in certification schemes, supplier QA, product analysis, and food production challenges.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance processes
• Develop and maintain sampling procedures in the QMS
• Manage quality control and release of raw materials and packaging
• Interpret analytical results for quality improvements
• Risk assessment and support in product development
• Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier performance
• Investigate complaints and incidents related to raw materials and packaging
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team

Background & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in food quality assurance and packaging, with 2+ years in leadership
• Qualified auditor experience
• Knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and baby food requirements
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (B2)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP4HANA preferred)
