We seek qualified, part-time, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network, delivering care via a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term EAP to employer health plans, allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
• Treat adults identified through brief, evidence-based online screenings.
• Preferably, also treat additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain your availability calendar and complete session documentation promptly.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with our support teams as needed.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding diversity and inclusion values.

Who you are

• Properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Canary Islands.
• Minimum of 3 years of independent, post-training experience.
• Access to a computer or laptop, comfortable with technology, and telehealth competent.
• Available for some in-person sessions in Canary Islands.
• Training and experience in modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• Comfortable with safety planning and intervention for higher-risk situations.
• Committed to quality clinical care and professional growth.
• Enjoy working independently but also value team support and collaboration.
