Job Description:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support migration/upgrade of existing alerting solutions using technologies such as Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap, Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, DB2, Apache Kafka, Active MQ, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ.
• Work within financial services, producing functional architecture and ensuring solutions align with Santander UK strategies.
• Collaborate with the architecture community and wider Santander Group to deliver solutions and align with strategic blueprints.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design, frameworks like BIAN, TOGAF, ArchiMate.
• Experience in defining & documenting As-Is & To-Be architectures, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of alerting, messaging with Apache Kafka, APIs, and data integration patterns.
