• Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
• Experience in luxury or fashion retail and visual merchandising.

Position:

Store Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Sales: Achieving turnover targets, analysing sales reports and data to determine business needs and implement strategies, defining individual objectives for sales advisers, motivating team members, and ensuring understanding of KPIs to improve performance.
2. Customer Service: Ensuring the quality of customer service, maintaining communication with customers, resolving customer complaints, and supporting decisions made by sales advisers.
3. Operations: Ensuring the maintenance, presentation, and organisation of the shop, following payment procedures, monitoring expenditure, setting up staff schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to procedures.
4. Visual Merchandising: Improving and maintaining merchandising guidelines, ensuring the store is clean and organised, working with logistics and marketing teams, identifying defective products, and communicating stock requirements.
5. Human Resources: Participating in recruitment, training, and development of staff, evaluating performance, providing feedback, resolving HR problems, and ensuring professional image and standards reflect the brand image.

Profile Sought:

1. You have solid experience as a Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager.
2. You have experience in luxury / fashion retail and visual merchandising.
3. You are fluent in English.
4. You know how to analyse sales reports and react quickly.
5. You have strong communication and organisational skills.
6. You are flexible in terms of working hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
