This position reports to

Business Manager - E2E

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the internal and external customers of UPS products. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Sales team and Sales Manager) to ensure complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction. The work model for this role is hybrid {insert LinkedIn #}. This position contributes to the UPS Sales Team in the Electrification Business Area in Spain, focusing on driving sales volumes and margins.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  1. Coordinating with teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management) to resolve customer issues
  2. Handling sales reports, document management, and overdue accounts
  3. Managing documentation for public tenders
  4. Preparing and analyzing sales statistics (e.g., forecasts), tracking sales performance against targets, and sharing insights with the team
  5. Managing administrative tasks in sales processes, supporting cash collection, and assisting with project management activities
  6. Collaborating with the Controlling department to prepare sales and order reports

Qualifications for the role
  • Experience working in Administration or Management teams; a related Degree or Higher Education is valuable
  • Proficiency in SAP and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce); experience with other customer management platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales back office roles
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Good teamwork and organizational skills
