Formación

• Fluency in Italian (native or bilingual), Spanish (high), and English (high) is required.

• Previous commercial insurance experience is preferred.

The Role: The Underwriting Operations Technician - Offline is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, service, and accuracy. Key tasks include reviewing instructions from Underwriters and Brokers, entering premium bookings, and preparing policy documentation. The technician conducts quality checks to ensure efficient delivery and collaborates with the Underwriting team to facilitate registration processes for Brokers and clients. Flexibility is essential for delivering high-quality services and supporting outsourced activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book premiums for all lines of business within agreed SLAs.
• Prepare policy documentation according to standards and Underwriter requirements.
• Ensure quality control of own and outsourced work.
• Produce reports for team management and compliance.
• Monitor outsourced work, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Process broker closings and underwriting support activities.
• Understand processes deeply and seek continuous improvement.
• Develop knowledge of Property & Casualty lines for accurate processing.
• Assist Credit Control with credit referrals and bookings adjustments.
