The Underwriting Operations Technician role involves providing support for online and offline business in the UWR Centre, as well as supporting language-dependent tasks in the branch. Responsibilities include data entry, managing broker queries, supporting underwriting processes, quality assurance, handling inquiries, and supporting underwriters within the team. The role includes a level of underwriting authority and reports to the Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Support language-specific branch activities.
• Input data accurately into rating tools.
• Manage broker queries and build relationships.
• Handle QA and reporting processes.
• Assist underwriters with renewals, information follow-up, cancellations, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Native or advanced in Swedish and Danish.
• Professional English skills.
• Experience in underwriting support is a plus.
• Insurance background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
