Chubb in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking professional to join the Global Services Team. You will issue and deliver policy documentation for renewal and new business, ensuring data quality and timely issuance while collaborating with Global Service teams, underwriters, and clients.

Role requires fluent French and English, with strong relationship-building skills to support account management across the Chubb Global Network.

We have a new role available within our Madrid office for a French Speaker to join our Global Services Team

In this role you will provide Account Management Services to Global Accounts incoming to Chubb EMEA from our Worldwide Multinational network. You will be responsible for the issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewal and new business, endorsements and associated administrative within Chubb’s agreed standards across by adopting the 'right first time' principle (100% data quality checking prior to issuance & booking).

The role also involves working closely with Global Service teams across the Chubb Global Network, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders where required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices and other external parties, become the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
• Supporting Chubb’s business development and client relationship activities.
• Account handling and supporting Global Client Service Executive’s and Underwriters on relevant account/activities.
• Assist where required with ongoing Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.
• Make sure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
• To work within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
