CIB IT

CIB IT Spain is responsible for CIB European local applications under its scope, providing ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) and APS (Application Production Support) services to its internal clients, providing vision to the applications and systems under its scope, implementing the overall strategy for developing and implementing technology initiatives. It is also responsible for the planning and implementation of BAU activities, initiatives, and projects for the local BNPP systems within the European territories, delivering those with the respect of Group IT rules, regulatory standards, and compliance guidelines for the IT domains in its scope.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

Holding a position within the IT Development team of CIB IT Spain, your main responsibility will be to lead developments of .NET in house applications, ensuring continuity and compliance with standards and cyber security rules, guaranteeing the quality of the applications within your scope and manage related maintenance and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand and analyze the needs coming from the Business, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity´s development good practices.
2. Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
3. Guarantees the proper functioning of applications and that they can be maintained and upgraded.
4. Reports and alerts on the continuity of the service, deadlines, budget.
5. Proposes methods to increase optimization and efficiency.
6. Analyses incidents and proposes preventive action plans and areas of improvements.
7. Helps to estimate and establish road maps of his scope of applications.
8. Ensure the implementation and changes in Production environment and ensure its quality of the SW.
9. Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.
10. Support the team to achieve commitments.
11. Coordinates and/or participates in communities of practice.
12. Develops relationships networks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Studies: Bachelor´s Degree (science oriented)
• Experience:
• Ideally a previous experience (+7 years) in Information Technology.
• Experience on a whole live cycle of a development, from the requirements analysis to the development and release on Production environments, support on testing phases.
• At least 5 years of experience on .NET development.
• At least 3 years of experience on analysis of a software solution.
• At least 3 years of experience on releases on Production environment, production support.
• At least 3 years of experience on releases on support on testing phases.
• At least 1 year as technical leader of a development team, prioritization of task, estimation of developments, able to guide and assist development teams so they can carry out their day-to-day development.
