Shakers, based in Madrid, is expanding across Europe and building the home of AI builders. We’re seeking a Business Developer to own the UK market, building a portfolio of clients and matching them with our freelance talent.

You’ll be based in Madrid with occasional travel to the UK for events and meetings. The role requires 2–7 years in BD or similar, fluency in English and Spanish, and a tech‑savvy, results‑driven mindset. AI experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2–7 years in business development, client management, tech sales, consulting or similar.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual) and fluent in Spanish; other European languages a plus.
• Understand UK business culture and comfortable with startups and large corporates.
• Strong hunting and farming skills to grow a client portfolio.
• Results-oriented, ambitious and ready to build something from scratch.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable speaking with C-level and technical profiles.
• Highly organized and analytical in a fast-paced environment.
• Take full ownership of your market and accounts with high agency.
• Experience with AI is a plus; portfolio of UK contacts is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow your portfolio of UK clients; build, manage and expand accounts.
• Win deals through insight; understand pains and communicate value to scale freelance talent.
• Build trust with decision-makers and technical teams across accounts.
• Turn accounts into new business using account-based strategies.
• Run your book like a business; report KPIs, pipeline, plans and forecasts weekly.
• Deliver with the team; collaborate with Talent and Ops to land projects.
