A digital health and wellness organization in Barcelona is seeking a UI/UX designer to shape their web and app designs. The successful candidate will have experience in graphic design, proficiency in design tools like Figma, and a strong understanding of current design trends. This position offers a hybrid work setup and a competitive salary ranging from €2500 to €5000 monthly before taxes.

We are looking:

We’re looking for a UI/UX designer who cares deeply about distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our web and app designs.

- Shape, maintain, and account for web and app design the best way you see fit.

- We expect you to: Have experience in graphic design, specifically for web and mobile platforms and apps.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and illustrator. Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus.




- Strong understanding of effective typography, composition, color science, and current design trends.
- Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively.
- Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

- Salary: The monthly salary is between €2500 – €5000 before taxes (gross), paid 12 times per year . Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
