SCOPE :

We’re looking for a UI / UX Designer who can create value through strong visual design, solving complex challenges with clear, consistent, and user-friendly solutions. This role will be part of the Product team, working closely with development and other key areas to ensure visual consistency, excellent user experience, and ongoing design evolution across our platform.

We’re looking for someone with a sharp visual eye, strong technical command of design tools and methods, and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams. We especially value autonomy, critical thinking, and a proactive attitude when it comes to continuously improving the user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Design clear and consistent visual and usable solutions within defined user flows.
2. Evolve and maintain components, patterns, and documentation within the Design System.
3. Ensure consistent implementation by collaborating with development and product teams.
4. Contribute to ongoing design improvement processes by suggesting UX enhancements.
5. Design and implement micro-interactions and animations to enrich and smooth the interface experience.
6. Bring a creative, innovative vision that helps us keep evolving our product.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

1. Advanced proficiency in Figma as your main design tool.
2. Basic knowledge of Sketch.
3. Basic understanding of JIRA for development tracking.
4. Experience working with Design Systems through all phases: creation, maintenance, and implementation.
5. Ability to approach complex flows with a strong sense of visual design and usability.
6. Autonomous, solution-oriented, detail-driven, and quality-focused mindset.
7. Experience collaborating with developers to implement visual solutions efficiently.
8. Advanced knowledge of interaction and animation design.
9. English level that enables fluid collaboration with international teams.

BONUS POINTS :

1. Experience designing for B2B platforms or complex products.
2. Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS to understand technical possibilities and limitations.
3. Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
4. Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (adtech).
5. Knowledge of marketing and experience collaborating with Growth or Comms teams.
