A leading global reinsurance firm is seeking a Front-End Architect to define and drive the architectural vision for front-end applications. You will design scalable UI systems, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure integration with Java and .NET platforms. The role offers a competitive salary between €60,000 and €100,000 along with attractive variable compensation and benefits. This is a hybrid position based in Madrid.
At L&H Solutions, we build and commercialize cloud-native (Azure-based) SaaS / PaaS solutions for Swiss Re Life & Health insurance clients. We offer a portfolio of over six products, including established offerings like Magnum with over 60 active clients worldwide, and innovative products such as UW Ease. We are a SW house within Swiss Re. Our team consists of more than 150 technical professionals with multidisciplinary skills, located in multiple countries, working on these multi-regional, highly available solutions.
As a Front-End Architect / UI Architect, you will be responsible for defining and driving the architectural vision for our front-end applications. You will design scalable, modular, and high-performance UI systems that integrate seamlessly with diverse platforms such as Java and .NET. This role requires deep technical expertise in modern front-end technologies, cloud integration, SaaS application development, and micro front-end architecture.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend engineers to ensure delivery of robust, maintainable, and future-ready front-end solutions.

For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 60,000 and EUR 100,000 (full-time role). The specific salary depends on your profile, including education, expertise, skills, and experience.
