Seasonal Sales Associate: This is a seasonal position lasting for 2-5 months.

Summary / Responsibilities
  • Our Sales Associates are critical to the success of our stores. Create the best possible customer experience by listening to each customer, offering recommendations, and sharing current product knowledge.
  • Communicate the UGG brand’s sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments to customers.
  • Operate as part of a dynamic team and cooperate to achieve business goals.
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously; ensure all customer questions are addressed accurately; respond before they leave.
  • Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including effectively communicating the return policy.
  • Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image, including adhering to a dress code.
  • Perform cashier duties, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and available.
  • Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards; maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area (including daily cleaning).
  • Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft according to policies.
  • Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager in advance if late or absent.
Key Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
Additional Requirements
  • Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
  • Valid driver’s license.
