WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Achieve double-digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector.
  • Be a key figure in the commercial transformation towards a more data-driven organization, leveraging an on-offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e-commerce and management systems like CRM.
  • Analyze data, define, and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan.
  • Alignment of internal and external (distributors) systems : CRM and ERP.
  • Monitoring implementation and results.
  • 30% of the time, key projects (eCommerce, external commercial team).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Degree or master’s degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration or management.
  • 3 Years of Experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience…).
  • 3 Years of experience related to business analytics or similar.
  • Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI.
  • Located in North of Spain.
  • High level of English.
