Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project execution, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the technological and regulatory environment in banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects for clients in the financial sector.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
4. Translate customer needs into actionable project plans and technical deliverables.
5. Analyze data and project performance metrics to optimize delivery and identify improvement areas.
6. Produce clear reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
7. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Engineering).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in banking or financial services.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems and processes in regulated environments.
4. Ability to align technology solutions with client business needs and strategic goals.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across technical and business teams.
7. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
8. Experience preparing detailed documentation, reports, and presentations.
9. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
10. Experience with Anti-Money Laundering projects or compliance environments is a plus.
