Destinus is seeking an experienced engineering leader to take full technical responsibility for one of our UAV platforms. You will guide its evolution, set the technical direction for your team, and balance mechanical design, electrical engineering, integration, and flight testing to deliver real impact in Europe.

Based in Madrid, you will drive platform improvements, make trade-offs, and ensure on-time delivery from concept to flight-ready product.

Formación

• Extensive UAV development lifecycle experience.
• Experience shipping UAV products is a must.
• Ability to balance mechanical design, electrical engineering and integration with flight testing.

Responsabilidades

• Take full technical responsibility for one drones platform.
• Provide technical direction to your team and weigh trade-offs to improve the platform.
• Drive platform improvements from concept to flight-ready product.
