Destinus in Madrid is seeking a senior leader to take full technical responsibility for a UAV platform and guide its next evolution. You will set technical direction for your team and advise on choices across mechanical design, electrical engineering, integration, and flight testing.

You will specialize in one area reporting to you while weighing trade-offs across disciplines to keep improving the platform. Prior hands-on UAV experience and a track record shipping products are highly valued.

Formación

• Substantial time in the drone industry and UAV development lifecycle.
• Experience shipping products and delivering platforms from concept to flight-ready.
• Ability to weigh trade-offs and guide cross-disciplinary decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Take full technical responsibility for one UAV platform and drive its evolution.
• Provide technical direction to your team across disciplines such as design, engineering, and testing.
• Advise on platform improvements and strategic directions for the UAV program.
• Champion rapid delivery and iteration while maintaining quality and safety.
