Une entreprise spécialisée recherche un Field Service Technician pour effectuer des inspections sur site et des installations dans les secteurs du ciment et de l'exploitation minière. Ce rôle dynamique implique des compétences techniques solides et des déplacements fréquents à l'international. Les candidats doivent être bilingues en espagnol et en anglais, avec de l'expérience pratique dans des systèmes d'engrenages. Un haut degré de professionnalisme et des compétences de communication sont attendus.

Formación

• Proven field experience in cement, mining, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Structured and safety-conscious approach to field service and inspections.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently.

• Conduct on-site supervision and technical inspections of gear systems.
• Deliver customer training on equipment use and maintenance.

Location: Based in Spain (ideally Madrid remote work possible) | International travel required

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to independently carry out on-site inspections of gear systems used in the cement and mining industries . This is a dynamic role combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and international field service work.

Your Role
Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of industrial gearboxes, couplings, and lubrication systems
Conduct on-site supervision and technical inspections of gear systems – including competitor equipment
Support with aftermarket services , including parts replacement, upgrades, and retrofits
Prepare detailed technical service reports




Deliver customer training on equipment use and maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer policies, and export control standards

What You Bring
Professional fluency in Spanish and English
Proven field experience in the cement, mining, or heavy industrial sectors
Strong technical knowledge of gear systems , couplings, and drive solutions (training at the beginning of employment)
Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis (Europe, Latin America, and beyond)
Structured and safety-conscious approach to field service and inspections

Nice to Have
Experience working with OEMs or maintenance contractors in the field
Understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and lubrication systems
Strong reporting and communication skills
