What You Will Do :

Work with designers, engineers, and project managers to produce high-quality assets for Disney products. Learn new systems, understand Disney brand values, demonstrate good design judgment, and maintain attention to detail. Collaborate effectively, communicate well, organize efficiently, and aim for high productivity.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Follow workflows for large-scale asset production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of Disney outputs.
  • Collaborate with tech and delivery teams to optimize workflows and tools.
  • Support the wider design team on additional projects as needed.

Expected Areas of Competence :

  • Experienced designer with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing large-scale production and multiple workflows.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build positive relationships with partners and clients.
  • Proactive problem solver, takes initiative, and seeks improvements.

Required Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience creating high-quality experiences and user-flows across platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Interest and aptitude for learning new technologies and skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and collaborative work ethic.
  • Ability to design within brand guidelines and contribute to design language.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Organized and skilled in using project management tools.
  • Hard-working team player with pride in quality work.
  • Positive attitude and understanding that success leads to opportunities.
